TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AdMob Earnings And Stats is a mobile application that allows users who have access to a Google AdMob publisher account to view earnings, performance metrics, apps, ad units, and related statistics through the official Google AdMob API. The App is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Google AdMob.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to use online services and consent to data processing) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

You must have a valid Google account with authorized access to one or more AdMob publisher accounts to use the core features of the App.

To use the App, you must sign in using Google Sign-In and grant the App read-only access to your AdMob data through the Google OAuth scope "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly".

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account and device
• All activity that occurs through your account in the App
• Ensuring that you have the right to access the AdMob account data you view through the App

We do not create a separate user account for you. Authentication is handled through Google.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use in connection with monitoring your own AdMob earnings and statistics.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from the App, except where permitted by applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, Google services, or related networks
• Use the App to access AdMob data you are not authorized to view
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
• Use automated systems to scrape, extract, or overload the App or connected APIs beyond normal personal use

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

The App relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Sign-In
• Google AdMob API
• Google Play Store (for app icon retrieval)
• Apple App Store in-app review services (on supported devices)

Your use of those services is subject to the respective terms and policies of those providers, including Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

Data displayed in the App originates from Google AdMob and may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or subject to change. The App does not guarantee that displayed earnings, payments, or metrics are final, accurate, or suitable for accounting, tax, or financial reporting purposes.

The App is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all figures with your official AdMob account, payment records, and qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.

The App, including its design, code, branding, text, graphics, and other content (excluding your data and third-party content), is owned by FactsArena or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Google, AdMob, Google Sign-In, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• DATA SHOWN IN THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE
• THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

You acknowledge that the App depends on Google services and network connectivity, and outages or changes to those services may affect functionality.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FACTSARENA, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FactsArena and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law
• Your access to AdMob data without proper authorization

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and uninstalling it from your device.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, the license granted to you will end, but sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the App, including export control and sanctions laws where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FactsArena operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FactsArena regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the App.
